Who we are

Roles: the venue and EventPlanix

The forms are provided by the venue (hotel, event centre, location) or by the agency whose name appears in the header. The request, the offer and any contract for the event are exclusively between you and that venue, on its terms.

EventPlanix (Stagend SA) provides the technical means: it hosts the forms, transmits the data to the venue and sends the related emails on its behalf. It is not a party to the contract for the event, is not responsible for the content, prices, availability or performance of the services offered by the venue and does not intervene in disputes between you and the venue.

Proper use of the forms

You undertake to enter truthful data relating to you or the organisation you represent, not to send unlawful, offensive or advertising content and not to use the forms in an automated way or for purposes other than organising an event. Abusive submissions may be blocked.

Accepting an offer

By accepting an offer from the link received you conclude a contract with the venue on the terms stated in the offer and in the venue's conditions shown on the page. The name entered, the date and the IP address are recorded and serve as a simple electronic signature; the venue receives the confirmation and the offer becomes binding under its terms. Any answers to the points to confirm form part of the acceptance.

Declining an offer has no consequences: the venue may propose alternatives.

Availability and warranties

The forms are provided as they are. We do our best to keep them reachable at all times but do not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. If a form does not work, contact the venue directly.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stagend SA is liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Any liability for indirect damage and for the content or performance of the venue's services is excluded.

Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in the data protection notice, which we ask you to read before submitting. If the venue publishes its own notice, it is linked next to it.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship with Stagend SA is governed by Swiss law; the place of jurisdiction is Lugano, subject to a different mandatory forum. The contract with the venue is governed by its conditions.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of submitting the form prevails and is recorded together with the acceptance.
